Flinders Island Feast – Sam Mugg & Rhys Bennett

This year, we are proud to again bring over Chef Sam Mugg (Movida) who will be joined by Chef Rhys Bennett (Dinner with Heston).
The five course degustation menu will have a Mediterranean twist and feature our local produce – Abalone, Crayfish, Stripey Trumpeter, Wallaby, Saltgrass Lamb. The ‘Flinders Island Feast’ promises to be a treat for the tastebuds.
